Kaushik alongwith AGS Shri. V.P.Bharadwaj met
Director (HR) today the 6th August, 2009 and
discussed the following issues:
1. The Seniority case of TES Gr B was discussed in
length. The attention of Dir (HR) was drawn towards
the various judgment of different courts. Dir (HR)
was requested to resolve the seniority issue
immediately and extend the benefits to all
similarly placed persons along with persons to whom
the benefits has already been extended. Dir (HR)
asked about to submit the brief note in this
regard. Association is going to submit the same
shortly.
2. The matter of transfers of some Officers to
Mumbai on regular promotions to STS grade issued
recently in Telecom/Finance wing was also
discussed. Dir (HR) asked the association to give
their view point in this regard & same will be
communicated to the administration shortly.
3. The issue relating to JAO exam result including
review of result for 20 additional numbers of
candidates and training programme to 2nd
batch were also discussed. Dir (HR) agreed to
review the results and informed that the training
for the 2nd Batch will start from 17th August, 2009
after review and declaration of result. Letter in
this regard will be issued shortly.
4. Up-gradation of 18 posts of CAO's in Delhi
Unit was also discussed in detail and it was
assured to resolved favorably.
5. The issue of seniority of JAO's on the basis of
marks obtained in the training instead of marks
obtained in the exam was also discussed in detail
and association has been asked to submit their view
points in this regard.
6. Director (HR) attention was drawn towards the
long pending issue pertaining to Hindi Officers and
Personnel Staff promotion matters. Dir (HR) assured
to look into the same.

Status of
Pension issue was also discussed and it was
informed that the same is lying with Cabinet
Secretary. |
